The San Antonio – Austin corridor along Interstate 35 is the tourism capital of Texas. Names like The Alamo, The River Walk, The San Marcos Outlet Stores, Schlitterbahn, The Music Scene and 6Th Street, The University of Texas and the State Capitol comprise much of the heart of the State. The City of New Braunfels is located in the very center of this heart of the state and all of these places are an important part of our world. The land and the lifestyles vary greatly and that simple fact enables just about everybody here to fit in someplace. Helping people find the place that suits them is a big part of my job.
Central Texas culture, geography and history contribute heavily to its continued growth and popularity as a place to live. Excellent work opportunities, a healthy and diverse economy, favorable weather year round and an abundance of natural beauty means that people have a constant need for homes across the entire economic spectrum. Schools, medical care, churches, transportation access, business opportunities, recreation facilities, water access, neighborhood amenities, the features and benefits of a quality home that fit into the family budget – all of these factors and more are part of the consideration every home buyer has to make a decision about. Knowing where these places are and how they fit together is part of the service that I provide.
